Making Grants from Your Fund
Foundation donors can recommend grants from the ease and comfort of their homes online with DonorCentral or by printing and returning our Grant Recommendation Form. Here are a few helpful hints when making grants from your fund:
Step 1: Select an Organization
More often than not, our donors have a clear sense as to the nonprofit organizations and causes they wish to support. Step 2: Notify the Foundation
Once you have selected an organization to receive a grant from your fund, please submit a completed Grant Recommendation Form, signed by an authorized fund advisor.
The Foundation issues grant checks during the first and third weeks of every month. To ensure that your grants are processed, please submit your recommendations at least ten (10) days in advance in one of four ways:
- Online through DonorCentral
- By email at email@example.com
- By fax at 916.921.7725
- By mail to 955 University Avenue, Suite A, Sacramento, CA 95825
Step 3: We take care of the rest!
Once we receive your recommendation, our staff will verify all necessary information to make a grant. After the grant check has been mailed to your selected organization, we will send you a confirmation letter.
